RENTAL RATES

Our year-round rate for 2008 is $945 per week. Shorter stays (minimum 3 nights) at $135 per night. There is no additional cleaning charge for for four nights or more, but $50 extra is charged for three night bookings. These rates are for up to six guests, and are fully inclusive except for 12% State taxes. Please email us for availability and a rate quote for your stay.

A security deposit of $250 is required to confirm a booking. This will be refunded at the end of the rental subject to satisfactory management report. The rental payment is due in full 6 weeks before the start date. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge up to six weeks before the rental date, but after this date the security deposit will be forfeit. The full rental charge will be forfeit for cancellations within one week of arrival, so guests are advised to take out travel insurance to cover unavoidable cancellation.

Check in time is after 3 pm. Keys will be available on property, there is no need to visit a rental office on arrival. Check out time is before 11 am. The total number of guests may not exceed six, and all guests must be named on the booking form. The lead guest must be age 25 or over.

Bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows are provided. These items are not changed during your stay. We provide an initial supply of paper products, etc. for your convenience. We have a local property manager available to deal with any problems or questions you may have during your stay.

We will allow pets to be accommodated subject to restrictions. This must be by prior arrangement with the owners. Renters found with pets other than those specifically approved will forfeit their security deposit.
