Hightower House is in a wonderful wooded location in the heart of the North Georgia mountains just 5 minutes east of Hiawassee and Lake Chatuge, and close to Georgia's highest mountain, Brasstown Bald.
Rental Rates: Our year-round rate for 2008 is $135 per night ($945 per week) for up to six guests. We cannot accommodate more than six guests, so please don't ask. The minimum rental period is three nights.
This luxury private home makes an excellent base for sightseeing, boating, the Georgia Mountain Fair, hiking, golf, fishing, horseback riding, live music performances, and leaf viewing in Fall. Our home has easy access by a short paved road directly from scenic highway US 76.

Hightower House is in a quiet wooded location on the select community of Hightower Heights, set in an acre of gently sloping wooded garden, at an altitude of just over 2000 ft. It sits right on the edge of the Chattahoochee National Forest and only a few minutes from the 155-mile shoreline of Lake Chatuge.
Hightower House will comfortably accommodate six guests in 2600 square feet of spacious air-conditioned luxury on three levels. There are three bedrooms, one on each level, each with its own en-suite facilities. Two separate living areas (one equipped as a games room), a fully equipped large gourmet kitchen, a relaxing dining area and a full laundry room make this the perfect base for a great family vacation. The large wrap-around porch with rocking chairs is the ideal spot to unwind at the end of the day.
